The 18th episode of "Detective Precure!", the 23rd installment of the popular anime "Precure" series, titled "The Assemble of Detectives," will air on ABC TV and TV Asahi on May 31st at 8:30 AM. This marks an unusual "detective" collaboration with "Detective Conan" (Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV), which is broadcast on a different network and produced by a different animation studio.
Anna and Mikuru, along with their senior Jet, are in charge of preparing the exhibition for glass artist Misako Shindo's exhibition at the Hosho Museum of Art. The main attraction is a glass slipper called "The Forgotten Thing at 12," but suddenly a commotion breaks out in the museum and "The Forgotten Thing at 12" disappears.
Jet-senpai, who has interrupted his exhibition preparations to return to the Cure Detective Agency, entrusts Anna and Mikuru with solving the case. Believing it to be the work of the Phantom Thieves, the two investigate how the glass slipper was taken, but they find no clues whatsoever. Edogawa Conan from "Detective Conan" makes an appearance.
It has also been announced that Cure Answer will appear in the "Hanamaru na Shinjitsu (Answer)" episode of "Detective Conan" airing at 6 PM on June 6th.
The motif of "Detective Precure!" is "detective," and the theme is "seeing, feeling, and thinking for yourself to find the 'real' answer." The main characters are girls who work as detectives with the desire to "help people in need," and guided by a mysterious power, the main character time-slips from the present day of 2027 to 1999. A story of new encounters, friendships, and growth for the Precure transcends time.
Hikari Chiga will appear as Cure Answer/Anna Akechi, Kaede Hondo as Cure Mystic/Mikuru Kobayashi, and Nao Toyama as Cure Arcana Shadow/Ruruka Mori. It has also been announced that the mysterious Pretty Cure Cure Eclair, whose true identity is unknown, will make an appearance.
