It has been announced that Makoto Takatsu's manga "Migratory Birds and Snails" (Wani Books) will be adapted into a TV anime and will air in 2027.
The film depicts the story of Kumpei Mochizuki, who works for a wholesale company dealing in machine parts, and his encounter with picture book author Tsugumi Nagisa, as they travel freely and spontaneously, sleeping in their car.
The latest volume of the manga, volume 6, was released on March 25th.
