A five-minute clip from the opening of the new animated film "Gintama: The New Movie - Yoshiwara in Flames," based on Hideaki Sorachi's popular manga "Gintama," has been released on YouTube. The video begins with a scene in Yoshiwara Shangri-La, an underground city where the sun never rises and where splendor and sadness coexist. At the beginning, a caption appears saying, "Due to various circumstances, we cannot show you the actual opening of the film. Please see it at the cinema!!!"
The released footage shows Abuto walking down a busy street, stopping at Tentoya, looking up at Yoshiwara's top courtesan, Hiwa, and muttering, "If she's that high-ranking, maybe I could hang out with her on my way home," before appearing is Haruta, an orphan who makes a living as a pickpocket, and Kamui, whose face is wrapped in bandages. The scene then shifts to the bright and bustling streets of Edo, where Haruta snatches Gintoki's wallet from his pocket as they pass each other. Maintaining his usual demeanor, Gintoki treats Haruta to a parfait at a family restaurant, while also preaching about the elegance and kindness of an adult. The scene offers a glimpse of Gintoki's relaxed attitude as he embraces Haruta.
