NHK's night drama "Kaedama Bravo!" (General TV, Monday to Thursday, 10:45 p.m.) stars actress Kana Kita. In the 11th episode, aired on January 21, Karina (Kita) suddenly becomes close with Kawazoe (Kawakubo Mikiko), a junior colleague who is an avid reader of her blog.
The drama is an original work by playwright and director Ayuka Kishimoto, and is a slightly dark comedy for adults that combines friendship, ramen, and classical ballet. Kita will play the main character, Karina Senbon, who works at an advertising agency and loves ramen.
Amano Hana will play the role of ballet dancer Niki Yumi, Karina's best friend since they were six years old, and Komakine Akita, Nozoe Yoshihiro, and Kintaro will also appear.
In episode 11, Karina, who has been transferred to the general affairs department, is visited by Kawazoe, a junior colleague from the promotion division.
It turns out that Kawazoe has been a reader of Karina's ramen blog for some time. Karina visits a ramen shop she's been interested in with Kawazoe, and begins to feel that she might be able to become friends with Kawazoe instead of Yumi (Amano Hana). Meanwhile, Yumi is harsh towards Nagisa (Oya Seina), who has trouble fitting in with the others during practice.
