The second teaser visual and teaser PV for season 2 of the TV anime "Wisteria of the Staff and Sword," based on the manga by Fujino Omori, who is known for the popular light novel "Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon (DanMachi)," have been released.
The second teaser visual depicts Will in front of the tower with a somewhat sad expression, accompanied by the tagline, "I'll always be by your side." The teaser PV features familiar characters such as Will and his classmates at the academy, as well as monsters that are destroying the city.
"Wisteria of the Staff and Sword" is written by Omori and illustrated by Aoi Hijiri, and has been serialized in "Bessatsu Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha) since December 2020. Set in a world where magic is supreme, the story follows Will, a boy who cannot use magic at all, who enrolls in a magic academy and fights through it despite being discouraged by the cold stares of those around him. Season 1 of the TV anime aired from July to September 2024, with Season 2 set to air from April 2026.
