In his dream, Moko (Ryutaro Imai) becomes a space center employee, and his new mission is to protect the Earth from an approaching giant meteorite. There are 48 hours until the impact. When he wakes up, Moko informs Fujimi (Kenta Mishima) and others that humanity is on the brink of extinction.
Mok returns to his dream state and tries to avoid the meteorite impact with Nemu (Maho Horiguchi). However, Nox (Yuki Furukawa Yuki) stands in their way. In front of the two of them, Nox puts on the belt and loads the Capsule...!
"Kamen Rider Zeztz" is a story about Baku Yorozu, who possesses the power of "lucid dreaming" that allows him to control dreams as he wishes, and who protects people from the monster Nightmare that appears in their dreams as Kamen Rider Zeztz. The script was written by Yuya Takahashi, who served as the main writer for "Kamen Rider Zero-One" and "Kamen Rider Geats."
