"Shinjuku Anime Song Scope" features anime buyer Higuchi Sho from Tower Records Shinjuku, known for its extensive selection of anime songs, sharing best-selling anime songs and real-life feedback from the sales floor. The number one song at the store from October 5th to 12th was "THE IDOLM@STER MILLION BATTLE OF THE＠TER 02 Luvliminal Image," which includes music from an in-game event in the popular game "The Idolmaster Million Live! Theater Days (Mirishita)."

The number one song, "THE IDOLM@STER MILLION BATTLE OF THE@TER 02 Luvliminal image," ranked second in its first week of release and rose to number one in its third week. In addition to the song "Luvliminal image" from the in-game event "BATTLE OF THEATER," the CD also includes a drama part that can only be heard on the CD.
Coming in second place was "SHIN," the second album by Towa Towa, a member of the popular VTuber group "HoloLive," and in third place was "THE IDOLM@STER MILLION LIVE! SPECIAL SOLO RECORDS Nagayoshi Subaru," part of the "SPECIAL SOLO RECORDS" project, which releases 52 solo collection CDs of all 52 idols from the popular game "THE IDOLM@STER MILLION LIVE!" over 52 consecutive weeks.
Coming in sixth place was singer ReoNa's third album "HEART," and in ninth place was "Paradox Live -Battle of Unity- Round4 "CHANCE"," a battle CD between "Akukan Yatsura" and "BAE" from the hip-hop themed media mix project "Paradox Live."

Higuchi Sho is a buyer in charge of anime at Tower Records Shinjuku's 7th floor (Japanese music and sales promotion). He was transferred from the Machida store in 2014. He first became interested in anime through 1990s works such as "Neon Genesis Evangelion," "BLUE SEED," and "VS Knight Ramune & 40 Flames," and among anime songs, he loves listening to character songs, especially those related to idol anime. His favorite anthem is "Up! 10sion Pleeeeeeeeease!" from "The Idolmaster Million Live!" His favorite anime and games include "Pretty Rhythm," "The Idolmaster," "Photo Kano," and "Sakura Wars."
