◇Comment from Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, who plays Vash the Stampede
Hello everyone, it's been a while. This is Vash Matsuoka. This is the final chapter of TRIGUN. The energy on set was so intense that my heart trembled many times. In some scenes, I was so moved that my voice trembled and I couldn't say my lines properly, and even when I ad-libbed with all my might, it didn't work (laughs). I think this is a work that could only have been made by this TRIGUN team. Thank you so much, everyone!
This time, a new companion will be joining the team. There will be many events waiting for you, such as surprising developments, scenes that will make you feel at ease knowing that this person is there, and moments when you will realize that Meryl has grown immensely mentally, so I hope you will look forward to it. As everyone who has seen the trailer will understand, we have overcome many hardships up to now. So please watch to see what Vash thinks and what he will overcome. This really is the final chapter, so please prepare yourself. I would be happy if TRIGUN becomes a work that everyone will think is worth watching from the bottom of their hearts.
◇Comment from Sakura Ando, who plays Meryl Stryfe
The final chapter! It's finally starting...!? Why is the beginning of a story so exciting? That being said, five years have passed since I met Meryl at the audition for "TRIGUN STAMPEDE." I took on the previous work, inspired by her journey as a rookie reporter. This time, I'm a senior and I'm on a journey with my junior, Millie! I'll be following this story, while being a little led around by the boundlessly cheerful Millie (lol). Now it's "TRIGUN STARGAZE," with a new look. Please watch until the very end...!!
◇Comment from Yoshimasa Hosoya, who plays Nicholas D. Wolfwood
It feels like it's been a very long time until the trailer was first shown at New York Comic Con. Finally, everyone can see the continuation of the story. When I think back to the recording period, I feel very emotional. A new adventure with new friends. And the ending with Knives and the conclusion of the story will be depicted. Please look forward to it!
◇Comment from Chinatsu Ayamori, who plays Millie Thompson
I'm Chinatsu Ayamori, and I'll be playing the role of Millie Thompson! These are words I've always wanted to say, but writing them down brings up a flood of joy, nervousness, and other emotions... I remember when I was notified that I'd been cast in the role, crying and trembling in the corner of the station ticket gate. Although it's only been a short time since we met at the audition, her presence and personality have saved me so many times. Is it really over...? After filming the final episode, I was so sad and cried my eyes out, having met this wonderful girl, Millie, that I love so much, having been able to participate in this series, and now being able to share my feelings for "TRIGUN STARGAZE" with everyone, I'm so happy from the bottom of my heart. I may seem like I'm always crying, but that's not the case for her!! (laughs).
Please pay attention to the heartwarming, family-like interactions between the companions who travel with Vash, as well as the conflicts that arise because they are so serious, and the relationships between them. "Live and suffer" and "You're not alone anymore." These are contrasting taglines, but they undoubtedly both refer to this story. What will happen to the story that began in the previous film? Let's find out the meaning of the phrase "New TRIGUN" together!
