Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club: Final Chapter

The official trailer for the second chapter of the animated film "Love Live! Love Live! !," has been released. The trailer depicts the worries and thoughts of the members as they navigate the School Idol GPX (Grand Prix), as well as the three cities where the film is set: Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe. New cuts from the performance in the film have also been released. Chapter 2 will be released on November 7th.

It was also announced that a stage greeting to commemorate the release will be held at Marunouchi Piccadilly (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) on November Getsuku, with appearances by Hinaki Yano, Aguri Onishi, Kaori Maeda Sagara, Kaori Maeda, Miyu Kubota, Akari Kito , Akari Kito, Maria Sashide, Chiemi Tanaka, Moeka Koizumi, Shu Uchida, and Akina Norimoto. The stage greeting will be broadcast live at movie theaters nationwide. It was also announced that a total of four sets of gifts will be distributed to moviegoers, and that seven versions of a retrospective video before the main screening and an ending video will be screened after the screening.

It has also been announced that the OVA (original video animation) "Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club NEXT SKY," which was released in theaters in June 2023, will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and BS11 at 7pm on October 26th. This will be the first time the series will be broadcast on terrestrial television. The opening footage of Chapter 2 and new information will be released.

Nijigasaki High School Idol Club began activities in 2017, following in the footsteps of Love Live!'s μ's and Love Live! Sunshine!!'s Aqours. The series follows the members of the School Idol Club at Nijigasaki High School, a private high school in Odaiba, Tokyo, as they strive to become the number one school idol, sometimes as rivals and sometimes as friends. The first season of the TV anime aired from October to December 2020, and the second season from April to June 2022. The first chapter of the "Final Chapter" was released on September 6, 2024.
