"Platinum Family" Ishihara Brothers Special gets high ratings

"Kotaro & Chisako Platinum Family: A Peek into the Magnificent Family" is a TV Asahi variety show that introduces the lifestyle of a "magnificent family" (Tuesdays at 7pm). The ratings for the September 23rd special episode of "The Four Ishihara Brothers" have been announced.

The first part (7:00 p.m. to 8:25 p.m.) recorded a viewership of 6.7% among individuals and 11.7% among households, while the second part (8:28 p.m. to 9:54 p.m.) recorded a viewership of 8.2% among individuals and 14.3% among households, marking the highest average viewership for the program to date (according to Video Research, Kanto region).

On this day, the eldest son, Nobuaki, a former member of the House of Representatives, the second son, Yoshizumi, an actor and TV personality, the third son, Hirotaka, a current member of the House of Representatives, and the fourth son, Nobuhiro, an artist, appeared on the show and shared family memories, including outrageous stories about their father, the late Shintaro Ishihara, a politician and novelist.
