Brother Corn and Brother Tom of the music group "Bubblegum Brothers" will appear on Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast at 1:00 pm on September 2nd. This year marks the 40th anniversary of their debut.
"WON'T BE LONG," released in 1990, is still covered by various artists and has become a long-selling hit. Corn and Tom will soon be turning 70. They say they feel their age when they meet their classmates.
Cohn took a break from her activities two years ago due to stage 2 breast cancer. Fortunately, it was discovered early. She underwent treatment, motivated by her desire to return to the stage and the presence of her grandchildren. Tom has three children, the two oldest of whom pursued acting careers in their 30s. He apparently bought his daughter, who is in the third grade of elementary school, an instrument. Tom himself revealed that his mother once gave him an instrument, which sparked his love of music.
