"Shinjuku Anime Song Scope" is a website where anime buyer Higuchi Sho from Tower Records Shinjuku, known for its wide selection of anime songs, reports on best-selling anime songs and the voices of the sales floor. The top spot at the store from July 13th to 20th, as in the previous issue, was the album "Vivid BAD SQUAD SEKAI ALBUM vol.3" from the smartphone game "Project SEKAI Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku (ProSeka)".
◇Last week's results
The number one album, "Vivid BAD SQUAD SEKAI ALBUM vol.3," is the fifth in the "SEKAI ALBUM vol.3" series. It contains 12 popular songs sung by members of the group "Vivid BAD SQUAD" and virtual singers.
Coming in at number 4 is the album "THE PRIMALS - Dark Decades" by the official band "THE PRIMALS", formed around Masayoshi Soken, the sound director of the popular game "FINAL FANTASY XIV". In addition to the five songs from the Raid Series in the expansion pack "FINAL FANTASY XIV: Golden Legacy" that THE PRIMALS arranged for the band, the album also includes the game's implemented song "Give It All ~Arcadia: Light Heavyweight~", which was performed by the band.
Coming in at 10th place is the album "Things from the Planet Nayutan V" by popular Vocaloid producer Nayutan Seijin, making its first appearance.

Higuchi Sho is a buyer in charge of anime at Tower Records Shinjuku store, 7th floor (Japanese music/sales promotion). He was transferred from the Machida store in 2014. He got into anime because of 1990s works such as "Neon Genesis Evangelion", "BLUE SEED", and "VS Knight Ramune & 40 Flame", and among anime songs, he loves listening to character songs, especially songs related to idol anime. His favorite anthem is "Up! 10sion Pleeeeeeeeease!" from "The Idolmaster Million Live!". His favorite anime and games include "Pretty Rhythm", "The Idolmaster", "Photo Kano", and "Sakura Wars".
