It has been announced that the Korean webtoon "Electric Seed," currently being serialized on "LINE Manga," will be adapted into a TV anime in 2026. The action-packed battle webtoon depicts the journey of an ordinary high school student to become the strongest awakened being, and is available in 10 languages including Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese, French, and Spanish, and has been viewed more than 1.42 billion times in total, making it a very popular series.
The anime will be directed by Hiroshi Nishikiori, who has worked on the movie version of Idolish Seven, and will be composed by Yosuke Kuroda, who has worked on the My Hero Academia series, and will be character designed by Minami Sakura, who has worked on Gridman Universe. It will be produced by Dandelion Animation Studio. The key visual and teaser PV have been released.

Kazuhiro Nishikawa, CEO of Dandelion Animation Studio, will be appearing at Anime Expo in Los Angeles to talk about the behind-the-scenes story of the anime "Electric Seed." Nishikawa will be appearing on July 6th.
