Actor Yu Aoi appeared live on the Nippon Television morning information program "DayDay." (Monday to Friday 9:00 am) on June 26th. She made her first TV appearance with her husband, comedian Ryota Yamazato of the comedy duo "Nankai Candies," who was also the MC, and revealed that she is thinking about moving to Kochi Prefecture in 20 years' time.
In a segment where they answered 10 questions, in response to the question, "What kind of life do you think you'll be living in 20 years?" Aoi answered, "I've started thinking about moving to Kochi," and explained, "We (as a family) talk about where we'll ultimately live, and we said Kochi sounds good."
Yamazato said, "I've always loved Kochi, and we even went to Kochi on our honeymoon, so we have lots of friends there. It's a nice place, and (Aoi) loves rivers," to which Aoi responded, "I love rivers, so I'd like to relax while looking at the Niyodo River."
Yamazato and Aoi got married in June 2019. Their first child, a daughter, was born in August 2022.
