The 11th episode of the TV anime "Kowloon Generic Romance," based on the manga by Mayuzuki Jun that is currently being serialized in "Weekly Young Jump" (Shueisha), will be broadcast on TV Tokyo and other channels on June 14th.
Reiko arranged for Xiaohei and Xiaohei (young man) to meet in Kowloon, unaware that they were the same person. Seeing his former self, who lived life as he was, Xiaohei (young man) is moved to tears, but immediately afterwards, a major incident occurs. Meanwhile, Nguyen is finally reunited with Kudo at the Kingyo Tea House. Nguyen presses Kudo on how much he knows about Kowloon, but Kudo remains calm and begins to tell her what he does know. Their pasts and thoughts begin to overlap, and the reason why Generic Kowloon was born is revealed.
"Kowloon Generic Romance " is a manga by Mayuzuki, who is also known for "Love is Like After the Rain," which was adapted into a TV anime and a live-action movie, and has been serialized in "Weekly Young Jump" since November 2019. Reiko Kujirai, who works at a real estate agency in the nostalgic city of Kowloon Walled City, has a slight crush on her senior at work, Kudo Hajime, and when she finds a photo, she learns that Kudo had a fiance who looked just like her in the past. As memories that can't be found, the true identity of her other self, and a huge secret hidden in the city of Kowloon intertwine, past, present, and future, love will unravel the secrets.
A live-action adaptation of the anime will be released this summer, with Shiraishi Haruka playing Kujirai Riho Yoshioka and Tomokazu Sugita playing Kudou Hatsu, and Koshi Mizukami and Mizukami Koji co-starring.
