Actor and figure skater Miyu Honda and her sister, talent Sara Honda Sara, will appear on Kuroyanagi Tetsuko's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast at 1:00 pm on June 12th. This will be Miyu's first appearance on the show in seven years.
The two have been active as child actors since their early childhood, but are now 21 and 18 years old and have grown into fully grown "adult women." The Honda family has five siblings, four of whom are famous for having been figure skaters since they were young.
Miyu currently lives alone. She grew up in a large family, so she was homesick at first. When she was a child actor, she often went back and forth between Kyoto and Tokyo for auditions, and often had her parents all to herself. She revealed that this made her feel guilty towards her other siblings. Currently, Sara lives with her parents at her parents' home. Sara seems to be enjoying her current life, where she has her parents all to herself for the first time.
