On May 24th, model and actress Mayuko Kawakita updated her Instagram (@mayukokawakitaofficial) to announce that she is pregnant with her second child.
Kawakita reported, "This is a personal matter, but I would like to announce that I am pregnant with my second child.I am happy that our family is growing, and I look forward to spending the precious time before the birth sharing it with my family."
"Regarding my work, I am consulting with my doctor and putting my health first, and I would like to continue to do so to the extent that I am able. I would be grateful to everyone involved in work and everyone who always supports me, if you would please continue to watch over me warmly. I look forward to your continued support," she wrote, uploading a photo of Kawakita, with a protruding belly, and a man who appears to be her husband.
Kawakita announced her marriage to an ordinary man in January 2021. In April 2023, she announced that she had given birth to her first child.
