The first episode of the drama series "Ignite" (TBS, Friday 10pm) starring actor Shotaro Mamiya was broadcast on April 18th. Regarding Mamiya, who plays the reckless but righteous novice lawyer Ryo Uzaki, social media was flooded with comments such as "Mamiya-kun was passionate and really good."

The drama is a dark legal entertainment about lawyers who make a lot of money by inciting lawsuits. Rookie lawyer Ryo Uzaki jumps into the "Peace Law Firm," known in the industry as "lawless." He ignites the hearts of potential plaintiffs and makes them file lawsuits. The drama depicts a "group of legal outlaws" who use all means to win their cases.
Uzaki's first case is the silo fall accident that occurred at Yamagami Industries three years ago. Kenjiro Todoroki (Toru Nakamura), the representative of Peace Law Office, targets Misaki Saito (Tao Tsuchiya Tsuchiya), the wife of the worker who died in the accident, and contacts her with Uzaki, Mari Inoo (Moka Kamishiraishi), and Toma Takaido (Ryoki Miyama).
Todoroki had warned Uzaki not to say anything to Misaki beforehand, telling her to "keep quiet." However, when Uzaki met Misaki just now, she leaned forward and said, "Is there anything we can do to help you? Is there anything we can do about your husband's accident?" Misaki came to view her as an enemy.
Furthermore, Uzaki goes to the company on his own initiative to ask the president of Yamagami Industries about the incident. Takuma Kiriishi (Mitsuhiro Oikawa), who claims to be the legal adviser of Yamagami Industries, tells him bluntly, "Are you a rookie? There's no point in talking to him," but Uzaki glares at him and says, "If you're a rookie, what's the big deal?"
Afterwards, Uzaki returns to the office and is shown to be scolded by Todoroki, who says, "You idiot! What are you going to gain by going and punching the person you're going to sue?"
