" Chiikawa Rubber Band" (Kitan Club), a rubber band designed with characters from Nagano's popular manga " Chiikawa ", will be released as a capsule toy from March 28th.
The colorful rubber bands feature Chiikawara characters and come in six designs: "Rou," "Takogi," "Donguri DJ," "Pajama Parties," "Flying Squirrel and the Used Bookstore," and "Shisa and Chestnut Manju."
