Actors Keisuke Watanabe and Miori Takimoto star in the TV drama series "Zaibatsu Fukushu" (TV Tokyo, Mondays at 11:06 p.m.). The synopsis and stills from the 6th episode, which will air on February 10th, have been released.
Yukiya (Watanabe) is wrongfully arrested by Erika's (Takimoto) scheme. Fujiwara Nobuo (Sakata Masanobu), a powerful politician who has a close relationship with the Ise zaibatsu, comes to the interrogation room and tells Yukiya that the arrest was for revenge.
Meanwhile, Hanaho (Misato Ugaki), the ex-wife of his older brother Masayuki (Kohei Takeda), who had been in a coma, wakes up. Seiichiro (Ikkei Watanabe) hears Hanaho say that Erika and Masayuki tried to kill her, and tries to question her, but Erika firmly denies it.
The drama is based on an original vertically readable manga jointly produced by TV Tokyo and Amuse Creative Studio. It depicts the protagonist, who is persecuted by his family and betrayed by his beloved wife, risking his life to seek revenge.
