Pitcher Natsuki Takeuchi of the Saitama Seibu Lions professional baseball team will make his first appearance in issue 2432 of the women's magazine "anan" (Magazine House), which goes on sale on January 29th. In addition to his usual uniform look, he also shows off a cool black leather outfit.
Takeuchi recorded double-digit wins as a rookie last year and won the 2024 Pacific League Rookie of the Year award.
The interview took place in early December, and he looked back on last season, when he first entered the world of professional baseball, and spoke about the challenges and aspirations he faces for this season. Takeuchi, who said that his body has "naturally grown bigger" over the past year, also revealed the body makeup he uses to prepare himself for a full year of competition, how he spends his off-season, and how he relaxes.
The photo shoot took place at the Belluna Dome, where he showed off a natural look while wearing his uniform and touching the glove and ball. In the styling shoot, he tried out various poses and showed off a cool look.
