In the second episode, Sachiko's next goal after successfully sneaking into Reina's house as a babysitter is to find evidence of the crimes she has committed. With information provided by her mysterious accomplice Komi, Sachiko investigates the surroundings of Reina's father, Minoru, a criminal sociologist.
Sachiko infiltrates the university where Minoru works to search for evidence, and discovers a research diary in Minoru's room that records Reina's actions up to that point. Sachiko then kidnaps Minoru when he returns, and tries to get him to confess that Reina killed her father...
In this story, Sachiko, who has held Minoru captive, confesses that she is Sachiko Bando. The shocked Minoru is forced to admit that Reina is the real culprit who killed his father and his coworker. After being doused with some kind of liquid and nearly set on fire with a lighter, Minoru confesses that Reina is the culprit and that he helped her, and that he too had reached his limit.
Then, when Minoru muttered, "I'm finally free from him. Kill me," Sachiko screamed, "Ahhh!" She yelled at Minoru not to play the victim, "You're the creator and accomplice of a murderer! Kill me? Do you really think you can atone for your crime that easily? The victim was desperately trying to live his life after that!"
On social media, Sasaki's character Sachiko's anger was met with a flood of comments such as, "Her face burning with desire for revenge is too scary," "Her acting is so intense, it's incredible," and "I resonated with her so much, it was hard to bear."
