Singer and actor Mayuko will appear on Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi) on December 26th at 1pm. Her father is actor Masahiko Tsugawa and her mother is actor Yukiji Asaoka. Both of them are celebrating their seventh anniversary this year.
Mayuko lost Asaoka in April 2018 and Tsugawa in August, and for a while she would cry when she saw footage of her parents. It was her husband who supported her. They had been together for many years, but Tsugawa had always opposed their marriage. In the end, he approved of their marriage.
His mother, Asaoka, said that since childhood she had thought that he had no interest in anything, but after his death, two boxes called "important things" were found. She revealed that they contained something unexpected.
