The final episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama " Diamonds Sleeping in the Sea " (Sunday 9:00 pm), starring actor Ryunosuke Kamiki , was broadcast on December 22nd. Teppei, who took the blame for his brother Shinpei's (Saito Takumi) murder of a coal miner Kotetsu (Wakabayashi Tokihide), fled to the mainland and moved around the country. While secretly meeting with Kensho (Hiroya Shimizu), Teppei said, "I left my field work halfway through, and I still regret it."
"That's not the only thing you regret. Asako (Hana Sugisaki Hana) is now a full-fledged mother. Do you want to see a photo?" Kensho asked, trying to show her a photo of Asako.
