The drama is an original love story written by Yumiko Inoue, known for her work on "Hirugao: Love Affairs in the Afternoon" (Fuji TV). Kimura plays Ogawa Manami, a serious high school teacher, and Raul plays Kaoru, a host who is bad at reading and writing.
Akina Utsunomiya (Michiko Yoshise), a regular customer of the host Tsubasa (Keishi Arai), requested Kaworu and went on a date with him.
Akina, shopping alongside Kaworu, is pleased and says, "Being with a girl like you makes my rank go up." Touching Kaworu's body and acting all cozy, she proudly says, "Well, it's only natural that I'd be with a rich-looking middle-aged gentleman. Even if I don't have money or status, being with a beautiful young girl is boundless."
After shopping, Akina and Kaworu headed to their hotel room. When Kaworu was pleased with the room service food, saying, "This looks so delicious," Akina replied, "It's only been in the last few years that I've been able to live like this. I was poor when I was young. It was my dream to eat hotel room service with the person I loved."
"Hey, come over here, Kaworu-chan," Akina said, inviting him to the bed. "Let's have a toast first, shall we?" she said, smiling, as she made Kaworu sit down next to her. However, Kaworu's expression was shadowy, and he looked confused.
Akina seemed to have sensed what Kaoru was thinking, and said angrily, "Why is the host so nervous? I can't handle this old lady. Do you think I need your help?" Suddenly, she said, "Don't mess with me!" and splashed the red wine in her glass on Kaoru.
Akina then cruelly said, "A bright future is not waiting for you. You need to earn money while you're young. But money doesn't come for free," and then poured wine over Kaworu's head.
On social media, comments such as, "It's amazing how he looks so pitiful with wine poured in his face and even holding two glasses, yet he's still so beautiful to watch," "His acting is so captivating, from the increasingly sexier performance he has as a host to the performance when the princess has wine poured over him," "Kaworu dripping with wine," and "Raul looks picturesque no matter what he does, even with wine poured over him; who is he really?" were posted.
