Singer Ryudo Uzaki will appear on the BS12 TwellV program "Tsurube-chan and Sawako-chan: Showa's Great Senpai and the Strange Two," which will be broadcast from 9:00 pm on June 23rd. Each episode of the show features guests from the Showa era, including Tsurube, who has 52 years of show business experience, and Agawa, who has 40 years of experience, who are called "Tsurube-chan" and "Sawako-chan."
Uzaki, now 79 years old, talks about how he met Aki, with whom he has been together both publicly and privately since they got married at the age of 25, their "password" when they were younger, and even the times when he once got jealous.
He will also reveal the inside story of how he wrote a song for Yamaguchi Momoe, an unusual episode that occurred in Cannes, France when the movie "Dioxin from Fish!!" starring Uchida Yuya and directed by Uzaki, and the days when he cheerfully supported his father who had dementia.
