"The Apothecary Diaries" collaborates with USJ for the first time

The attraction "The Apothecary Natsu Hyuga Mystery Shosetsuka ni Naro ~ The Apothecary Diaries" and Universal Studios Japan (USJ) (Konohana Ward, Osaka City), is scheduled to open on July 1st. The attraction is based on the light novel "The Apothecary Diaries" by The Apothecary Diaries from the novel submission site "Let's Become a Novelist".

This is a mystery-solving entertainment where you will find out the truth behind the incident together with Maomao. With a mysterious investigation book in hand, you will search for clues hidden in the park with Maomao and aim to solve the case. If you can unravel the truth, you will be able to participate in a greeting where Maomao and Jinshi will appear. This is for a limited time, until January 4, 2026.

The light novel version of "The Apothecary Diaries" is published by Hero Bunko (Imagine Infos), and its comic adaptation has also become popular. The original series has sold over 40 million copies in total. The story is set in the glamorous harem of a certain continent, where Maomao, a young poison taster, and the handsome eunuch Jinshi become embroiled in an incident that takes place in the harem, which is full of conspiracies and rumors. The first season of the TV anime aired on Nippon TV from October 2023 to March 2024. The second season is currently airing on Nippon TV's anime slot "FRIDAY ANIME NIGHT (Fura-ani)."
