When Moriguchi (Ito Atsushi) suspects Urami ( Shota Watanabe) of posting slanderous flyers about Shizuka (Hirose), Urami denies it, saying, "Why would I do something like that?" Urami's dislike of Moriguchi grows stronger. While drinking with Urami at an izakaya, Shizuka witnesses Seira (Okazaki Sae) being harshly dumped by her boyfriend.
The next day, Seira was absent-minded from the morning. She was originally private and uninterested in school and her students, and the shock of being dumped by her boyfriend made her even less able to concentrate on her work. Urami tried to comfort her, but Shizuka advised her, "The best thing to do in these situations is to leave them alone." Then, Ayaka (Toyoshima Hana) came over happily to see Shizuka. Hina (Kiyono Asahime) invited her to karaoke as a friend, and when she thanked her, saying, "It's all thanks to you, teacher! Thank you!", Shizuka unexpectedly found herself becoming more motivated as a teacher.
Meanwhile, suspicions of smoking a year ago emerge among 11 second-year students, including Shizuka's. Students who were expelled from the school last year spread photographs of the evidence with the intent of harassment. As all 11 students were in class 8 at the time, the responsibility falls on Seira, who was their homeroom teacher. Six of the 11 students are candidates for expulsion, on the "forced dropout list." While Moriguchi plots to eliminate only those six, Seira, who has no confidence or motivation as a teacher, turns a blind eye to the problem, asking, "Is it wrong to run away from difficult things? What's wrong with living life the way you want to?", putting the six students at risk of expulsion...
The drama is an original script by Okura, who has worked on "Nursing Aide At Your Side" and "Yips". It is a school entertainment with the theme of "lecturing".
