The Fuji TV Getsuku drama "Second to Last Love 3 " (Mondays at 9pm) starring Kyoko Koizumi and Kiichi Nakai has released the synopsis and stills from the fifth episode, which will air on May 12th.
In the morning, Erina Nagakura (Ayana Shiramoto) picks up trash on the beach as usual and reunites with Yuto Kimura (Takumi Nishigaki). Yuto sees Erina's father, Wahei Nagakura (Nakai), at a restaurant where they go for lunch. He happens to overhear a conversation between Wahei and a coworker and knows Erina. After hearing from Yuto about Wahei's "daughter who seems to be a daddy's girl," Erina thinks back to the unexpected lie her father told her.
Yoshino Chiaki (Koizumi) and the production team were working on the drama "The Saratsuma Alliance" and the challenge of a new project. While everyone was at a loss, scriptwriter Nagakura Mariko (Uchida Yuki) looked relieved and said, "I'm going to try to grow," and at Chiaki's urging, she renewed her determination to submit the " Getsuku Project."
That day, it was Erina who invited Wahei and Chiaki to Cafe Nagakura. Erina reveals the truth she had not been able to tell her father for many years. After hearing his daughter's confession, Wahei is left alone. Looking up at the night sky, he is overcome with emotion and says, "She's just like you."
Noriko Mizutani (Naoko Iijima) was at a hot spring inn with her companion Chiaki. The purpose was to take photos for Noriko's magazine gravure debut. The two were left speechless by the person they met there.
Wahei meets Ritsuko Hayata (Hikari Ishida) at the Kamakura City Hall and hears about her late husband. In the evening, he also bumps into Chiaki's family doctor, Senji Naruse (Tomokazu Miura), at an izakaya. Naruse tells Wahei about his encounter with a patient (Chiaki) who looks just like his late wife.
Chiaki returns home furious. She is also a little drunk. This is because she discovered the true nature of a certain person at her usual girls' get-together with Keiko Araki (Hiroko Moriguchi) and Shoko Mizuno (Makiko Watanabe). Feeling overwhelmed with regret, she throws away her clothes and goes to sleep.
But in the middle of the night, the security alarm at Chiaki's house rings! Kazuhei rushes to Chiaki's house, but...
