The fourth episode of the Fuji TV Getsuku drama "Second to Last Love 3 " (Mondays 9pm), starring Kyoko Koizumi and Kiichi Nakai , aired on May 5th. Kenji Sakaguchi's facial expression as Shinpei became a hot topic on social media.

Shinpei, who is suffering from a serious illness, is unable to tell his sister Noriko (Iijima Naoko) and others that Kadowaki, the doctor who had looked after him since he was a child, has passed away. As he listened intently to what his brother had to say, Shinpei tried to hold back tears.
Meanwhile, when Shinpei reveals that he hasn't even told his wife Tomomi (played by Manami Satsukawa), Wahei yells at him with a strong anger, "You idiot! You made your own family! She's the one! Go and tell her right away." Shinpei looks as if he's about to burst into tears...
