An event for the second season of the TV anime " The Apothecary Diaries ," based on a light novel by Natsu Hyuga that originated from the novel submission site " Shosetsuka ni Naro, " was held on March 23rd at AnimeJapan 2025, one of the world's largest anime events, held at Tokyo Big Sight (Koto-ku, Tokyo). On stage, Aoi Yuki , who plays Maomao , and Takeo Otsuka , who plays Jinshi , performed a live dubbing of the scene in episode 35, "The Hunt," in which Maomao and Jinshi suddenly get close, which was broadcast on March 21st and became a hot topic. After finishing the dubbing, Yuki said, "It's embarrassing. I don't think I should do it in front of other people."

Appearing at the event were, in addition to Yuuki and Otsuka, Katsuyuki Konishi, who plays Gao Shun, Akabane Kenji, who plays Li Bai, Tachibana Ryumaru, who plays Ma Sen, and other cast members who appeared in episode 35 "Hunting," an important episode in the first season of the second season.
