The final episode of the drama series " The Hot Spot " (NTV, Sunday 10:30 pm), starring actress Mikako Ichikawa , aired on March 16th. The episode featured a scene in which Takahashi (Kakuta Akihiro) used his powers to thwart a plan by hotel owner Haraguchi (Tsutsui Mariko) and Mayor Umemoto ( Rinko Kikuchi Akihiro Kakuta) to sell a business hotel, which caused a stir on social media.

In the final episode, it turns out that Haraguchi, the owner of the hotel where Kiyomi (Ichikawa) works, and Umemoto are secretly connected. Kiyomi, Hatchi (Suzuki Anne), and Minapu (Hiraiwa Kami) uncover the fraud of the two men who are trying to make a huge profit by selling the hotel, and try to save the alien Takahashi.
Kiyomi, Takahashi and others, who were holding a strategy meeting at their usual bar, track down the gas station where Haraguchi and Umemoto are planning to meet up. During their conversation, Ayano (Kinami Haruka) mentions that her daughter Ritsuko (Hara Haruna) saw a high-speed moving Spider-Man on TV and saw Takahashi looking like him, and asks if Takahashi can't shoot thread like Spider-Man. She continues, "If you do that, you can wrap the two of them up in thread when you hand them over," but Takahashi replies, "That's impossible."
Afterwards, Kiyomi, Takahashi and others go to the gas station where Haraguchi and Umemoto had their secret rendezvous. While they are watching to capture the moment of the bribe being handed over on camera, Yumi (Kaho) and the psychic Mizuki (Shida Mirai) are also there and end up cooperating with Kiyomi and others... and so the story unfolds.
In the story, Mizuki uses her psychic powers to shut off the car Haraguchi and Umemoto are in. They seem to have succeeded in securing it, but then they find out that the front door can be opened manually, so Takahashi goes to the car with white tape in hand. After sticking the tape on the car, the next moment, Takahashi, still holding the tape, circles around the car at high speed, wrapping it multiple times. Watching this from Ayano's car, Ritsuko happily exclaims, "It's Spider-Man!"
On social media, there was a flood of excited comments about Takahashi's Spider-Man-like performance and the "resolving of plot twists." Comments such as "Spider-Man lol," "Spider-Man is resolved!", "Takahashi-san is cool lol," "That's why he was wearing red clothes," "Takahashi-san is cool!" and "Takahashi-san is too awesome" were posted and the post gained a lot of attention.
