The ninth episode of the TV drama "I Want to Punch That Scum" (TBS, Tuesdays at 10pm), starring actress Nao, was broadcast on December 3rd, and the average viewership rating (according to Video Research, Kanto region, same below) was 4.9% for households and 2.8% for individuals.
The drama is a completely original story. The protagonist, Sato Hokomi (Nao), is abandoned by her boyfriend on her wedding day. At the lowest point in her life, she meets a mysterious blonde man, Kuzuya Kairi, and begins boxing to change herself. It is a romantic comedy. Kairi is played by Tamamori Yuta of the popular group Kis-My-Ft2.
In episode 9, Hokomi is knocked out by a superior fighter during sparring. She suffers a concussion and is rushed to the hospital, where she is admitted for tests. When Hokomi regains consciousness, a concerned Akemi (Yuki Saito) tells her to quit boxing. Unsettling events continue to occur around Kairi, such as a woman he used to hang out with making accusations in a weekly magazine... and so on.
