The fifth episode of the drama series "My Diary" starring actor Kiyohara Kaya (ABC TV/TV Asahi, Sunday 10:15pm) will air on November 24th (airtime subject to change).
Yuki Onmura (Kiyohara) talks on the phone with Airi Hasegawa (Mikami Ai) about portraits. Inspired by Airi's story, she tries to draw a portrait of Tokunaga Hiromi (Sano Hayato). Her hand stops immediately, but when she looks down, she sees a sock and rereads her life diary.
Before her final exams in her third year of university, Yuki decides to get pumped up with some spicy food, so she goes to an Indian curry restaurant with Hiromi. That day, Hiromi is attending a class reunion for a foundation that supports children with high innate abilities, so she dresses up a little, but she gets her socks dirty with a spoon that has curry on it. Hiromi goes home and picks out his socks again, but then has an idea...
The script is an original by Hyodo Ruri, an up-and-coming screenwriter who made her debut in 2020. It is a youth drama about five men and women, with Yuki, a first-year working adult, reflecting on his college days through minor daily events.
