The fifth episode of the TV anime "The Blue Wolves of Mibu," based on a manga about the Shinsengumi by Yasuda Takeshi, who is known for the soccer manga "DAYS," entitled "One Will," will air on Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV at 5:30 pm on November 16th. The fifth episode will be the "Aizu Clan Arc."

Receiving a report from Serizawa Kamo that "the Aizu Clan has officially asked us to take care of you," Yamanami Keisuke asks the Miburo members, "Are you prepared to fight with your lives on the line?" in the city of Kyoto, where the storm of Sonno Joi is raging. As Nino asks himself, "Are we really prepared to die?", the members speak of their resolve one after another, and reaffirm their resolve, saying, "We are the Mibu Roshigumi. We will protect the city of Kyoto. We have one will!" During a visit to the Aizu Clan, Miburo is ordered to deal with an assassin. Meanwhile, Nino meets a boy named Seto.

"The Blue Wolves of Mibu" has been serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha) since 2021. Set in Kyoto at the end of the Edo period, it depicts the way of life of the Shinsengumi. The anime will be directed by Habara Kumiko, who has also worked on "I'm Standing on a Million Lives," and produced by MAHO FILM.
