It has been announced that Koga Aoi will be appearing as a voice actor in the TV anime "mono," which is based on the manga by Afro, who is known for "Laid-Back Camp△." Koga will play Kiriyama Ann. A promotional video featuring Kiriyama Ann's character visual, lines such as "Oh! It's so fun to be able to move her around," "Sacchan! I bought a camera too!!" and "I love Sacchan" have also been released. Koga commented, "I'm so happy! Thank you!! The audition was a bit unusual, so it left a lasting impression on me, and most of all, the atmosphere on set was great, so it was fantastic when it was decided that I would be able to participate in the production with everyone as Ann! Ann is a reckless type of girl, or rather, she's the type who acts before she thinks, and is like a mood maker, so I'll do my best to fully express Ann's charm!!" It was also announced that the series will take part in the Kitakyushu Pop Culture Festival, an event to be held on November 30th and December 1st at the West Japan General Exhibition Center New Wing Green Stage (Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu City). A stage event will be held, with Mikawa Kazuki, who plays the main character Amemiya Satsuki, and Koga appearing on stage.
"mono" is a manga currently being serialized in Manga Time Kirara Carat (Houbunsha) depicting the daily lives of high school girls in the "Cinephoto Club," a combination of the photography club and the video studies club. Aike Ryota will serve as director, and Soine will produce the anime. It is scheduled to air in 2025.
