It has been announced that the popular smartphone game "Pokémon GO" will collaborate with the travel guidebook "Chikyu no Arukikata" (Chikyu no Arukikata). 46 "official routes" from around the country, created in collaboration with "Chikyu no Arukikata," have been made public on a special website. The official routes will appear in the game one after another. A special leaflet, "Pokémon GO: How to Walk the Routes," introducing how to play the "routes" and the appeal of the official routes, will be distributed at Pokémon Centers and other locations nationwide from October 11.

The route function in Pokémon GO allows you to set your own original route, based on a route that shows your favorite scenery, or walk routes created by other trainers. In this collaboration, routes carefully selected by "Chikyu no Arukikata" will be introduced as official routes.

Distribution events for "Pokémon GO: How to Walk the Routes" will be held in Tokyo, Hakodate, and Fukuoka from October 10. Extra-large leaflet posters tailored to each region will also be available. In Tokyo, the event will take place at COREDO Muromachi Terrace Edo Street Facade (Chuo Ward) from October 10th to 14th, in Hakodate it will take place at the Kanamori Red Brick Warehouse Kanamori Western Goods Museum (Hakodate City) from October 17th to 21st, and in Fukuoka it will take place at Tenjin Kirameki Square (Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City) from November 14th to 17th.
