"This Week's New Releases" brings you information on new comics. Approximately 320 titles will be released between October 7th and 12th. These include volume 8 of "Sexy Tanaka-san" by the late Hinako Ashihara, volume 16 of "SANDA," which is also being made into a TV anime, volume 21 of "The Ancient Magus' Bride," which is also popular as an anime, and volume 23 of "Teasing Master Nishikata-san," a spin-off of "Teasing Master Takagi-san" that has been made into an anime and a live-action film, and "Teasing Master (?) Takagi-san" (former).
On October 7th, volume 23 of "Grand Blue," written by Kenji Inoue and illustrated by Kimitake Yoshioka, which has also been announced as having a second season of the TV anime, and volume 12 of Yoshioka's "Tempuru" will be released.
On October 8th, in addition to the 16th volume of "SANDA" and the 21st volume of "The Ancient Magus' Bride," the 20th volume of "Gather! Mysterious Research Club" by Abe Masahiro, the creator of "Invasion! Squid Girl," the 12th volume of "DOG SIGNAL" which was adapted into a TV anime, the 19th volume of "WIND BREAKER," the final 26th volume of "Tomodachi Game," which came to an end in August this year after a decade and a half of serialization, the 4th volume of "Kaina of the Great Snow Sea," based on the original work by Nihei Tsutomu, who is also responsible for "Knights of Sidonia" and "BLAME!", and the 3rd volume of Nihei's "Tower Dungeon."
Other titles to be released include volume 6 of "Kin to Tetsu," set in a world where humans are ruled by fungi; volume 10 of "Nakazenji Sensei's Monster Lectures: Because the Teacher Solves the Mysteries," which has been announced to be adapted into a TV anime; volume 4 of Yamayama's "Onna no Sono no Hoshi," which depicts the daily life of a female school teacher; volume 10 of "Yawao to Katako," which has been adapted into a TV drama; volume 40 of "Hakuryuu HADOU," which follows "Hakuryuu" and "Hakuryuu LEGEND," which depict the underworld; and volume 179 of the long-running "Minami no Teiou."
On October 10th, volume 8 of "Sexy Tanaka-san" will be released, as well as volume 29 of "Shakunetsu Kabaddi," which has been adapted into a TV anime, volume 26 of "Meeting in 5 Seconds Battle," and volume 16 of "Tamayomi."
On October 11th, stores will stock the 23rd volume of "Teasing Master Nishikata-san" and "Teasing Master (Ex) Takagi-san," as well as volume 5 of "Pichi Pichi Pitch aqua," a new chapter of "Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch," and volume 8 of "Dai Dark" by Hayashida Q, who is also the author of "Dorohedoro."
