The cast of the TV anime "Science x Adventure Survival!" based on the popular educational manga series "Science Manga Survival" (Asahi Shimbun Publications) has been announced, and it has been revealed that following the theatrical anime versions released in 2020 and 2021, Matsuda Hayate will play Geo, Han Megumi will play Pipi, Ishida Akira will play Kei, and Iwasaki Hiroshi will play Professor Nou. New characters appearing in the TV anime include Komatsu Mikako as Dia, the "survival genius," Uchiyama Yumi as Dia's classmate Mare, Kugimiya Rie as Dia's younger brother Kyuri, and Hikasa Yoko as Professor Kuo, an original character for the anime.
A poster visual featuring Geo and Dia, as well as a promotional video depicting various survival situations, have also been released. In the promotional video, you can also listen to the opening theme "Nebaneva" written by MORISAKI WIN. It was also announced that the TV anime will be broadcast on NHK Educational TV from 6:25 pm on October 5th.

The "Science Manga Survival" series is a popular educational manga with a total circulation of about 14.5 million copies in Japan and about 35 million copies worldwide. A total of 56 themes and 88 volumes have been published in Japan. It explains science while depicting Geo and his friends facing a crisis. The first animated film, "Survival of the Human Body!", was released in 2020, and the second, "Survival of the Deep Sea!", was released in 2021.
The TV anime will be directed by Masahiro Hosoda, with series composition by Isao Murayama, character design by Noh Gil-bo, and music by Kei Yoshikawa. It will be produced by Gallop.
