Meanwhile, Torako (Ito), who has become a member of the Juvenile Division of the Legislative Council, is irritated by the division's tendency to proceed with discussions based on the assumption that the law will be revised from the start. Meanwhile, Tomokazu (Inoue Yuki), who has been holding an enthusiastic study session with his younger colleagues, is suddenly informed that he will be transferred.
