The poster visual for MBS's drama series "Girls Can't Die?" (Thursdays at 1:29am, starting March 5th), co-starring Takao Hayato of "ONE N'ONLY" and actor Shida Kohaku, has been released. The bold composition shows Shida's character, Mizuki, on top of Takao's character, Shinomiya, expressing a new view of love.
The drama is based on the manga of the same name by Nejiganameta (Shogakukan). It is a romantic comedy about a "boy who wants to be held" who is not good at leading women, and a "girl who wants to be held" who feels uncomfortable that women are always passive.
It has also been revealed that the opening theme song for the drama will be "HUNTER GIRL," a new song by the idol group Straight Angeli. Straight Angeli said, "The song links with the main character of the drama, a strong-willed woman who pushes forward on her own toward her dreams, and a woman who stands up against stereotypes in love. The song expresses her honest heart with a powerful band sound and singing voice. We hope that listening to this song will make everyone who is working hard toward their dreams or goals feel brighter and more positive!"
