It has been announced that the popular character Sumikkogurashi will collaborate with McDonald's children's menu "Happy Set" to create the "Sumikkogurashi Happy Set," which will be sold at McDonald's restaurants nationwide from December 13th. Bonuses include a cloth mascot with a message card featuring Shirokuma and Sumikkogurashi, and a toy in a character-shaped case that contains a card game and other items.
The first wave, from December 13 to 26, will feature a lineup of cloth mascots with message cards featuring polar bears, cats, penguins, lizards, and secret toys. The second wave, from December 27 to January 9, 2025, will include a bonus toy in a character-shaped case that contains a card game and other items. If you collect multiple toys, you can stack them vertically to make a "Sumikko Tower" and play with them. In the third wave, starting on January 10, you can receive one of the 10 types that appeared in the first and second waves.
The "Curious George" Happy Set, a collaboration with the popular picture book series "Curious George," will also be on sale from December 13th.
