The 39th episode of the popular anime series "Pretty Cure," "Wonderful Pretty Cure!", titled "Nico Evolution!", will be broadcast on ABC TV and TV Asahi at 8:30 a.m. on October 27th.
As Halloween approaches, people and animals in costumes come and go through Animal Town, and Komugi and Iroha hand out sweets at home. As Yuki, Mayu, and their classmates arrive and the town becomes lively, Komugi sees a person dressed as a wolf and chases after him. Komugi happily tells the "wolf" that she is also dressed as a wolf. However, the wolf only responds briefly and walks away quickly.
Komugi tries to chase him further, but eventually gets tired and reverts to her dog form. The wolf takes Komugi to a river, where she calms down by drinking water. When Ookami-san sees that many animals approach her just by standing there, she says that it's just like Iroha, and then Iroha and her friends, who were looking for Komugi, arrive. Then, a dark aura surrounds Ookami-san.
The motif of "Wonderful Precure!" is "animals," and the keyword is "Everyone's friends! Wonderful!". Set in Animal Town, a town where animals and humans live together in harmony, the story depicts the deep bonds that are woven between animals and humans, such as dogs and their owners, and cats and their owners, and the interactions that transcend species. It is also a hot topic that for the first time in the series that began in 2004, a "dog Precure" will appear.
Maria Naganawa will play Cure Wonderful/Inukai Komugi, Atsumi Tanezaki will play Cure Friendy/Inukai Iroha, Hayami Matsuda will play Cure Nyami/Nekoyashiki Yuki, and Reina Ueda will play Cure Lillian/Nekoyashiki Mayu.
