Shogo Sakata, who plays Johnny Joestar, Yohei Azakami, who plays Gyro Zeppeli, Kaito Ishikawa, who plays Diego Brando, Masaaki Mizunaka, who plays Sandman, and Kenichirou Matsuda, who plays Pocoloco, made an appearance.

At the event, each cast member shared their most memorable scene, with Azagami, Mizunaka, and Matsuda all mentioning the final sprint of the race in the "1st STAGE." Azagami also mentioned that he was impressed by the scene after the race when a crowd gathered near the finish line, showing just how popular the Steel Ball Run race had become. In the scene where the crowd shouts "Steel Ball Run!", Azagami suggested to the audience, "Why don't we all do this scene together?" The cast and audience then joined together, shouting "Steel Ball Run!" and recreating the famous scene from the "1st STAGE."
At the event, it was announced that the anime's "2nd STAGE" will be exclusively streamed on Netflix in 2026. Regarding the "2nd STAGE," Sakata quoted Caesar A. Zeppeli's line from the series, "What I will show you in the end is the Zeppeli spirit that has been passed down through generations and entrusted to the future! The spirit of humanity!" He added, "The cast and staff are all working together to create a work that embodies the spirit of humanity," and "I think we'll be able to show you even cooler scenes, so I hope you'll look forward to it."
