NHK's morning information program " Asaichi " (NHK General, Monday-Friday 8:15 AM), Caster by the comedy duo "Hakata Hanamaru-Daikichi" and announcer Naoko Suzuki, will air a rerun of a highly popular episode on March 26th, titled "Scary Things You Need to Know! The Latest Trends in Condominiums." It will be a shortened version airing until 8:55 AM.
On the same day, apartment prices soared across the country, along with rent increases and rising repair reserve funds. A sudden rent increase notice arrived, but it was kept the same for a certain reason!? Repair reserve funds more than doubled, putting a strain on people's lives. Some are even considering moving to a new home.
The guests were Toshiyuki Itakura from the comedy duo "Impulse" and Kumiko Shiratori from "Tanpopo".
