The NHK Asadora drama series "Kaze,Kaoru " (NHK General, Monday-Saturday 8:00 AM, etc.), starring Ai Mikami and Juri Kosaka , will begin airing on March 30th. This 114th Asadora is based on the story of two trained nurses (nurses formally trained in the Meiji era), Chika Ozeki and Masa Suzuki. Here, we introduce Mitsu Ichinose, played by Miki Mizuno.
Ichinose Mitsu is the mother of the protagonist, Rin. She was born into a family of the former lords of a small domain in Nasu. The script is written by Tomoko Yoshizawa, who has worked on a wide range of genres from comedies and family dramas to medical dramas and period dramas. The theme song is "Kaze to Machi" by the three-member band "Mrs. Green Apple". The music is composed by Yuji Nomi, and the narration is provided by Naoko Ken, who also plays the role of Maji, a mysterious and elusive fortune teller.
