It has been announced that episode 59, "Gege Akutami Barrier," the final episode of the third season of the TV anime "Jujutsu Kaisen," "The Culling Game Arc Part 1," based on the popular manga by Gege Akutami serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha), will be broadcast as an extended special episode. The special episode will be extended to 27 minutes. The final episode will air on March 26th at 12:26 AM. A character poster for Yuta Okkotsu and a character visual for Hana Kurusu have also been released.
In anticipation of the final episode, it was also announced that a special program featuring the voice cast, "Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 'The Culling Game Part 1' ABEMA Special," will be streamed on ABEMA from 7:30 PM on March 22nd. The program will feature Junya Junya Enoki Yuji Itadori ), Yuma Uchida ( Megumi Fushiguro ), Mikako Komatsu (Maki Zenin ), Marina Inoue (Mai Zenin), Kazuya Nakai (Kinji Hakari), and Minoru Aoyama (Reggie Star), and will announce the latest information leading up to the final episode.
" Jujutsu Kaisen" is a manga series that was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) from March 2018 to September 2024. The story follows high school student Yuji Itadori, who is thrown into a world of battles against curses after a powerful "cursed object" is unsealed. The series has sold over 150 million copies worldwide.
The third season of the TV anime, "The Culling Game Part 1," is currently airing on "Super Animeism TURBO."
