To commemorate the release of the first volume of Yukino Asaya's manga "Low Warai," which won the Excellent Newcomer Award in the Young Division of the 92nd Chiba Tetsuya Award, on April 6th, the manga will be featured in full color at the beginning of issue 17 of the serialization magazine "Young Magazine" (Kodansha), which goes on sale March 23rd.
The story follows a male college student with a hearing impairment who embarks on a career in comedy with his hearing-impaired friend. It garnered a huge response on social media last year and began serialization in "Young Magazine" in January.
This issue features Rio Teramoto, Miss Young Magazine of Miss Magazine 2018, on the cover.
