It has been announced that a sequel to the anime "Everyday Host," based on a four-panel comedy manga depicting the daily life of the host industry, will be produced.
Original author Goto Nomo commented, "Congratulations on the decision to make a sequel to the anime ' Everyday Host'! I have been waiting, believing that there would definitely be a sequel...! I am really looking forward to the new Ebushi Host series!! But, I wonder how it will continue from that ending...?! However, in the hands of Director Lareko and the Ebushi Host production team, it will inevitably become a super emotional, fun and happy anime...!! Everyone!!! Let's prepare champagne or your favorite drink with me and wait half-naked from now on!! (Just like Hajime in the opening)."
The series is a manga by Goto Tomo that began serialization in 2020 on pixiv, Niconico Seiga, and other platforms. Set in Club One, a host club known for its homey atmosphere, located a short distance from the glitzy city of Shinjuku, the series depicts the outrageous daily lives of those who work in the host industry. An anime adaptation aired from April to September.
The announcement was made at an event for the series held in Tokyo on November 29th, with comments from voice actors including Hiro Shimono, who plays Koichi.
