The seventh episode of the drama series "Good Things and Bad Things" (Nippon TV, Saturdays at 9pm), starring actors Mamiya Shotaro and Araki Yuko, was broadcast on November 22nd, and the average viewership rating (according to Video Research, Kanto region, same below) was 5.9% for households and 3.8% for individuals.
The drama is a mystery that revolves around the suspicious death of a classmate from elementary school. Mamiya plays Takagi Masaru, a class leader nicknamed "King" in elementary school, while Araki plays his classmate Saruhashi Sonoko, a reporter for Weekly Apollo who was nicknamed "Douko."
Episode 7 was titled "Baton."
His homeroom teacher, Otani Noriyo (Akama Mariko), is found dead. Takagi (Mamiya), not wanting to involve anyone further, pushes away his former classmates Tsuchiya Yuki (Ayame Goriki Ayame) and Toyokawa Kengo (Inaba Yu), who want to help, and he also becomes isolated from Koyama Takahiro (Shintaro Morimoto) as the relationship between the two becomes strained. Meanwhile, an unexpected "truth" is discovered in the room of Hatachi Taisuke (Mori Yusaku), who has suddenly disappeared... and so the story unfolds.
